Email hello@chubbypuppy.ai for app, purchase or privacy questions. Include your device, iOS version, app version and what happened. Please leave health details, meal photos and payment information out unless we specifically need them to help.
Premium and restoring a purchase
Weekly and annual plans renew until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. If Premium is missing, check that your device uses the Apple Account that bought it, then tap Restore purchases on the Premium screen.
Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting ChubbyPuppy does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple's cancellation instructions.
Food-photo analysis and privacy
Photo analysis needs an internet connection and your consent. Review food and nutrition estimates before saving. Use the privacy control in the Treat Scanner to turn off future photo uploads. This does not recall requests already sent to Google. Read our Privacy Policy.
Apple Health and device features
Apple Health access is optional. Review ChubbyPuppy's permissions in the Health app or Settings. The on-device AI coach requires a supported device with Apple Intelligence available. Camera, AR and Watch features depend on the device and permissions.
Waitlist and data requests
To leave the waitlist or request deletion of information we hold, email hello@chubbypuppy.ai from the address you used. Automated confirmation and launch emails are not active yet.
