By accessing ChubbyPuppy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChubbyPuppy is a fitness gamification app for iOS that integrates with Apple HealthKit to turn real-world activity into in-app progress. The waitlist collects your email for launch notifications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Health Data

ChubbyPuppy accesses HealthKit data with your explicit permission. This data is processed on-device only and is not transmitted to external servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code within ChubbyPuppy are owned by ChubbyPuppy RPG. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChubbyPuppy is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
